Job Description

  • Provide exceptional customer experience and ensure smooth interactions.
  • Coordinate the receipt and dispatch of cargo, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Manage phone calls and direct them to relevant staff members.
  • Cooperate with external cleaning services to maintain a clean office environment.
  • Organize kitchen staff and office operations efficiently.
  • Purchase goods and prepare purchase forms through our internal portal.
  • Process quotations as needed.
  • Assist the administrative affairs team when required.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
