Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Affairs Specialist to join our team in Istanbul office. This role will be responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of administrative operations while contributing to the company's operational flow.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in administrative affairs, correspondence, or operations management, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solution-oriented approach.

  1. Manage regular maintenance, inspection, and repair processes of services such as electricity, water, elevators, lighting, and cleaning in coordination with building management and vendors.
  2. Monitor, procure, and maintain up-to-date stock of essential office supplies, including food, consumables, stationery, and technical equipment.
  3. Conduct market research for procurement requests and manage the ordering processes.
  4. Coordinate and report domestic and international travel and accommodation reservations for employees.
