Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager (Turkish) to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will be responsible for driving growth through identifying opportunities, managing sales processes, and expanding our partnership network. This role offers a unique chance to be part of a fast-paced environment where innovation and teamwork thrive.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients in assigned markets, utilizing outreach activities like cold calls, email campaigns, and networking to establish partnerships.
  • Deal Closing: Lead negotiations with potential clients, ensuring deals meet client needs and align with Welcome Pickups' objectives, driving the end-to-end sales process from initial outreach to contract finalization.
  • Market Understanding: Maintain a deep understanding of the hospitality industry in assigned markets, staying updated on trends, competition, and client needs to inform sales strategies.
  • Performance Management: Meet or exceed individual revenue targets and KPIs related to deal closing and client acquisition, tracking progress using internal tools and documenting sales activities and results accurately.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Lead Generation and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) teams to ensure seamless lead handovers, collaborate with the Marketing team to leverage tailored campaigns and materials, and coordinate with Operations and Product teams to address client needs post-signature and ensure smooth onboarding.
