Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales Performance Manager to join our team at World First Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

  • You will have a Bachelor's degree or higher and be fluent in both Chinese Mandarin and English, with proficiency in OA (Microsoft Office) and CRM (Salesforce).
  • With over 3 years of sales experience, including 1 year in Sales Management or BPO Management, and Data Analysis, you will bring a wealth of knowledge and skills to this role.
  • You will be proactive and fast-learning, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • As a resilient and self-motivated individual, you will be driven by targets and willing to go the extra mile to meet sales quotas.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Performance Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth.
  • Providing coaching and guidance to sales representatives to improve their performance and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on sales performance to senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Fluency in both Chinese Mandarin and English.
  • Proficiency in OA (Microsoft Office) and CRM (Salesforce).
  • Over 3 years of sales experience, including 1 year in Sales Management or BPO Management, and Data Analysis.
  • Proactive and fast-learning with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Resilient and self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
