We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales professional to join our team as a Sales Manager - Food Heat Transfer. As a key player in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence within the Food & Water Division, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with a strong understanding of relevant technologies and solutions. They will also possess deep knowledge of food processes, regulations, and industry dynamics, as well as excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including potential partnerships and customer acquisition. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the food industry, and represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through partnership development and customer acquisition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the food industry.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Food processing, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering).
  • Proven experience in sales, with a strong understanding of relevant technologies and solutions.
  • Deep understanding of food processes, regulations, and industry dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment.
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a strong business acumen.
  • Flexibility with traveling across Turkey.
