We're seeking a seasoned Senior Human Resources Manager to partner with our global HR counterparts and manage local HR operations. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in streamlining HR processes, ensuring compliance, and implementing best practices. Your work will focus on aligning HR functions with strategic objectives, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering a positive workplace culture globally.
Job Description
As a Senior Human Resources Manager, your key responsibilities include:
- Managing daily HR operations, collaborating with HQ to support business objectives and organizational success.
- Aligning HR policies and procedures with CEPRES international standards through collaboration with senior HR counterparts.
- Providing guidance on employee databases/records, streamlining critical HR processes like leave management, contract administration, etc.
- Leading local recruitment processes, ensuring new hires meet organizational standards and integrate smoothly into the company.
- Achieving local recruitment targets, adhering to global recruitment policies/instructions, ensuring new hires meet organizational standards and integrate smoothly into the company.
- Addressing employee relations within international and local labor law, driving retention, and fostering a positive, equitable workplace culture with diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Utilizing HR HQ systems and technologies to improve efficiency and enhance data-driven decision-making with clearly defined KPIs for management decision making.
- Conducting market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned with industry standards.
- Developing effective communication channels to collect employees' feedback, suggesting improvements and corrections.
- Coordinating with the outsourced payroll provider to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, addressing any discrepancies or employee inquiries promptly.
- Overseeing and enhancing the entire employee life cycle from recruitment and onboarding to development, retention, and offboarding, ensuring alignment with company values and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
