Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and deploying paid media campaigns, managing budget allocations, and analyzing campaign performance. Strong experience with Taboola/Outbrain/Yahoo and a proven ability to drive results through complex targeting strategies are essential.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize paid media campaigns across multiple platforms for high conversion rates and maximized profitability.
  • Manage budget allocations and bid parameters to achieve efficient results.
  • Maintain daily awareness of campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Test new ideas and strategies to improve campaign performance.
  • Proactively optimize media buys using key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign objectives are met.
  • Achieve assigned unit goals at or below target cost-per-acquisition.
  • Identify opportunities to drive efficiencies and process improvements.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience in digital performance marketing with a focus on media buying.
  • 3+ years of PAID ADVERTISING experience.
  • Strong experience with Taboola/Outbrain/Yahoo as a main instrument.
  • Proven track record handling high campaign volume, large budgets, and complex targeting strategies.
  • Understanding of marketing funnels, channels, attribution, and performance metrics.
  • Analytical mind to analyze data and translate insight into actionable strategies.
  • Strategic and creative thinker.
  • Upper-Intermediate English level.
  • Long-term working relationship preferred (2+ years).
