If so, we want to hear from you As a Senior Product Manager at Agoda, you'll play a critical role in shaping our product strategy and driving innovation in the industry.

### Role Overview:

In this role, you'll partner with B2B partners to develop and implement strategic plans for white-label products from ideation to launch. Your focus will be on ensuring that these partners have the necessary data and services to leverage Agoda's technological products on their platforms and provide a better experience for our shared customers.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to define the overall strategy and goals for Agoda's various products, including the website, mobile applications, email marketing, and advanced internal products and tools. This includes creating and maintaining a product roadmap and communicating with stakeholders to ensure that Agoda's products continue to perform at the highest level.

### Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for white-label products.
  • Collaborate with white-label partners to integrate Agoda's technological products.
  • Analyze market conditions and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Set the strategic direction based on customer needs and business goals.
  • Manage agile teams to deliver results and define KPIs for projects.
  • Evaluate success and design navigational flow and user experience.
  • Cultivate relationships with users to ensure all projects meet business needs.
### Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar quantitative discipline) and 3+ years of experience in product management are required. Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Japanese are also essential. Additionally, you should be able to leverage analytics and quantitative methods to inform decision-making and have experience working in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
