About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing our cargo operations in Turkey, ensuring the delivery of top-tier services to our clients.

  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of professionals responsible for delivering air cargo services to our clients in Turkey.
  • Business Development & Sales: Drive business development efforts to increase air cargo tonnage and revenue, consistently meeting or exceeding financial goals.
  • Call Centre Management: Lead a team of call centre agents responsible for reservations and customer services within the assigned airline portfolio.
  • Sales Calls: Plan and execute high-standard sales calls to establish new relationships and expand existing ones with our airline partners.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize all available data to drive strategic decisions and boost sales performance.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in air cargo sales, management, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) and Turkish (spoken and written).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate, analyze, and interpret financial and business data.
