Job Description

Regional Business Development

This exciting opportunity is focused on executing sales activities and achieving business targets for the Business Line Coating & Adhesive Resins in Türkiye. As a Regional Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing and developing customer relationships that are consistent with growth strategies of the Business Line Coatings & Adhesive Resins.
  • Establishing a comprehensive business/sales strategy/market research approach through Cross BL synergies.
  • Evaluating and flanking M&A opportunities, JVs, Toll Producing Agreements for all Business Lines.
  • Aligning growth strategy in the assigned region with the Business Lines, Key Account Managers, Country Head & Regional Business Development.

Requirements:

  • University degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or industrial engineering.
  • Min. 3-5 years experience in marketing and/or sales, having proved performance results.
  • Profound understanding of financial & marketing techniques, used to evaluate projects/products/market.
  • Strong technical background, ability to engage in technical discussions with accounts/partners regarding application areas.
  • Excellent communication and cooperation skills, a team player with personal initiative.
