Sales Manager

We are seeking a skilled Sales Manager to lead our regional sales team in Turkey.

This role is responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic plans, managing people, and analyzing data. You will report to the regional General Manager and global C-level executives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the Turkey sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop close relationships with all accounts to grow business organically and inorganically.
  • Be an expert in understanding products, market trends, opportunities, and competition.
  • Closely monitor sales data and stay up-to-date with current market trends and customer needs.
  • Possess first-class consultative sales skills and a good understanding of our product portfolio.
  • Monitor sales and profit for each account.
  • Complete all reports on time.
  • Identify growth opportunities/strategies with business plans to be presented to the country Manager.

Requirements:

  • A university degree in a relevant field.
  • Advanced level of English is a must.
  • 5-7 years of sales management experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English & Turkish.
  • Good use of CRM.
  • Sales experience in Electrical and/or Power and/or Industrial Lighting products.
  • Demonstrable and successful track record of sales.
  • Good technical background in the product area is desirable.
  • Proven record of meeting sales targets.
  • A degree in business studies would be an advantage.
  • People Management Skills.
  • Actively able to drive.
