This role is a dynamic, fast-paced position that drives business excellence in our growing organization. The position combines strategic support and partnership development with significant opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead management and communication to ensure seamless workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the operations team to implement process improvements and enhance efficiency.
Sales Process Analysis: Review sales call recordings and videos to evaluate performance, provide constructive feedback, and optimize sales techniques.
Partnership Development: Identify and establish partnerships with other recruitment companies, primarily in the European market, to expand our reach and enhance service offerings.
Strategic Support: Collaborate with leadership on sales strategy development, contribute to process improvement initiatives, and support training and development programs for sales team members.
