Job Description

The Channel Application Consultant shall provide support to partners demand through securing the technical close in complex solutions and proactively identifying new business opportunities. The incumbent collaborates with the Channel Development Manager and the Channel Partners in sales/project deals and ensures proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately address customer needs and are appropriately supported by key customer technical decision-makers. The role owner also supports partners and customers to resolve complex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Channel Development Manager to achieve revenue targets
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to meet customer requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales projects
  • Provide training and coaching to end-users and internal teams
  • Identify new business opportunities and work with sales teams to secure them
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners and customers
