Dover Corporation is seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Solutions Specialist to join our team.

The Pre-Sales Solutions Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to partners and customers through securing technical closes in complex solutions and proactively identifying new business opportunities.

The role requires close collaboration with the Channel Development Manager and Channel Partners in sales/project deals to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately address customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Channel Development Manager to achieve allocated countries/partners commercial/revenue targets.
  • Responsible for post-technical service solution advice and escalate to Technical Service Support when necessary.
  • Support partners & customers to resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent business experience.
  • Significant experience in a technical pre-sales or consulting role within a technology-based company with complex B2B interactions.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to set priorities and manage time effectively.
