At 51Talk Headquarters, we are seeking a skilled Career Development Representative to join our team. As a Career Development Representative, you will be responsible for introducing relevant product upgrades, add-ons, or promotions to existing customers and identifying upselling opportunities by understanding customer preferences and usage patterns.
About the RoleThis is an entry-level full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to grow and develop your skills in telesales. You will be working closely with our team to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, enhance their satisfaction and retention, and address any inquiries they may have.
Key Responsibilities:- Contact existing customers to introduce relevant product upgrades, add-ons, or promotions.
- Identify upselling opportunities by understanding customer preferences and usage patterns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Address customer inquiries, provide product information, and overcome objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar role.
- Highly self-driven and motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
