About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to drive our commercial growth. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategy and expanding our presence in the global market.
Key Responsibilities
This role involves leading commercial activities in alignment with company objectives and targets. You will analyze market trends, develop and implement sales strategies, and manage teams responsible for achieving sales goals.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure seamless execution of sales plans. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for improving customer satisfaction and develop action plans to achieve this goal.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess strong sales and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of driving sales growth. A relevant university degree, preferably a master's in Engineering or Business Administration, is highly valued. Fluency in English is essential for effective communication in our international work environment, while a second language is appreciated.
A minimum of 15 years of experience in marketing, sales, and after-sales service tracking processes is required, with at least 5 years in a managerial position. Experience in 'service sales' and 'project sales' for public and/or local government entities is highly valued. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
