
CEO Office Coordinator

As an Executive Assistant at Zes Solar, you will play a vital role in supporting our CEO's daily activities. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:- Managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings and events, and prioritizing appointments.
- Preparing reports and collecting data as required by the CEO.
- Coordinating internal and external meetings, handling necessary preparations with ease.
- Maintaining confidentiality and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Managing office supplies and administrative needs.
Requirements:
- An Associate Degree or Vocational School Graduate (preferably in Administrative Sciences, Business Administration, Management, or related fields).
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
- Familiarity with global working environments and ability to work across diverse cultures and time zones.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Commitment to confidentiality and discretion.
