We are expanding our organization and seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our fast-paced team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth customer interactions and guest experiences.
  • Track cargo receipt and dispatch, ensuring timely delivery to relevant personnel.
  • Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member.
  • Maintain office cleanliness through coordination with external cleaning services.
  • Plan and organize kitchen staff and office operations.
  • Make purchases and prepare purchase forms using our in-house portal.
  • Collect and process quotations as needed.
  • Support the administrative affairs team as required.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from relevant fields.
  • Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Strong time management and meeting deadlines skills.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to manage work and prioritize tasks effectively.
