Job Description:Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Support Professional to join our team in Ataşehir.

About the Role:

This position involves providing administrative support, including scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and coordinating projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Prepare and distribute operational reports and analysis.
  • Coordinate logistics and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Maintain positive relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
  • Book tickets and hotels for employees' business travel.
  • Update and maintain the travel sheet.
  • Handle mail correspondence.
  • Provide additional office support as needed.
Requirements:

Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, office management, or a related field is required.

Skills and Experience: We need individuals with proficiency in office software and applications, knowledge of operational process management, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and prior experience as a travel consultant or in a related role.

Personal Qualities: A friendly, professional demeanor, ability to multitask, and strong organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
