About the Role

As a Sea Logistics Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities with Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). Your primary focus will be on understanding trade lanes, including geography, service offerings, and local regulations. You will spend most of your time engaging with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with the Customer Care Team to deliver exceptional service.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain SME customers.
  • Providing expert advice on Sea Logistics products and services, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
  • Preparing detailed quotations using our online tools and presenting proposals to customers.
  • Maintaining in-depth knowledge of market trends, competitor pricing, and product offerings.
  • Coordinating with the Customer Care Team to onboard new customers and ensure seamless handovers.
  • Utilizing CoreLOG to update and maintain customer information, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Closing customer deals through effective negotiation and relationship-building skills.
