Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Key Account Manager/Sales Engineer. In this position, you will be responsible for consulting with customers on coatings and applications, recommending products and services as necessary. Your expertise in sales management will help drive business growth and expand our market presence.


Your Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet customer needs and achieve business objectives.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers, identify new business opportunities, and negotiate contracts that benefit both parties.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market pricing to provide valuable insights to our customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales managers, segment and product managers, to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.

Your Profile:
  • Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in materials or mechanical engineering is required.
  • Professional Experience: Approximately 2 years of experience in a sales department, preferably in a similar environment, is essential.
  • Language Skills: Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written, are mandatory.
  • Additional Qualifications: A driving license and willingness to travel are highly desirable.
