
Sales Development Lead

This Key Account Manager/Sales Engineer position requires an individual with exceptional sales management skills, excellent relationship-building abilities, and a deep understanding of thermal spray coating solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Commercial Management: Manage assigned accounts by proposing pricing strategies and preparing quotations within company boundaries.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, establish relationships with decision-makers, and develop sales plans in conjunction with sales managers.
- Customer Service: Provide expert advice on coatings and applications, analyze customer needs, and recommend products and services.
Your Profile:
- Degree Requirement: Materials or mechanical engineering degree is required.
- Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales department, preferably in a similar environment.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing, is essential.
- Additional Qualifications: Possession of a driving license and flexibility to work varying hours are desired.
