Vodafone Group is looking for a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in communications and customer success management, with a strong focus on technical account management. They will be responsible for owning the entire relationship with assigned clients, including onboarding, implementation, training, adoption, retention, and satisfaction.

The successful candidate will develop and maintain customer-success strategies and best practices, as well as customer-support content, with help from the creative team. They will also serve as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, building trust and rapport, identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting both.

Key responsibilities include reviewing the customer journey, determining how it's supported, and using a consultative approach to help clients overcome issues and achieve their goals. The candidate will also facilitate interaction and workflow among project team members, including third-party service providers, to ensure timely deliverables.
