Job Description:

The primary objective of this role is to foster a proactive partnership with Amazon Selling Partners (SPs) from the MX Marketplace. As an Account Executive Self-Service Registration-Managed (SSR-M) representative, your key responsibility will be to support SPs in adopting and re-adopting essential Amazon Marketplace Programs (e.g., Fulfilled by Amazon (Prime), External Fulfillment, Advertising, Brand Tools, Promotions). This involves bettering the Seller Experience (SX) and improving Customer Experience (CX) through enhanced selection offerings, quality, and lead-times.

The ideal candidate for this position should have experience in sales and account management, as well as being motivated, agile, with strong time management and project management skills. Additionally, they should possess technical and analytical expertise, along with excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills. High attention to detail and delivering high-quality results on time are at the core of this position.
