The Amazon Marketplace Paid Services organization seeks a highly skilled Account Manager to provide top-notch troubleshooting assistance and strategic recommendations to sellers enrolled in the program.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a deep understanding of Selling on Amazon products and their functionalities, the e-commerce industry, and competitive environment.
- Train sellers in the use of the Premium Services platform and other program tools.
- Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to maximize potential.
- Oversee key activities for assigned sellers, follow up, escalate, and clear blockers as needed across multiple organizations.
- Track metrics to measure success and guide work towards uncovering hidden areas of opportunity.
As an Account Manager for Paid Essentials, you will shape the future of the organization and ensure Seller satisfaction through delivering strategic insights and operational excellence. In this role, you will design end-to-end processes to address main opportunities using Gen AI tools to make it scalable.
