Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Account Development Manager to join our team in Turkey. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential new customers and business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and prospects in the Turkish market.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including application engineers and product managers, to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
  • Several years of successful sales experience, particularly in high-tech sectors like Aerospace, Defense, and Research.
  • Strong understanding of test and measurement equipment and ability to translate technical product details into compelling customer solutions.
  • Proven track record of prospecting and closing deals in a competitive environment.
