
Account Manager OEM Position

As an experienced sales professional, you will be responsible for establishing long-term business relationships, creating profitable growth opportunities, and driving overall account coordination.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Boldly achieve and exceed annual sales targets by maximizing business opportunities at specified accounts.
- Develop and implement effective account plans to drive growth and success.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Collaborate with regional and In-Country sales teams to execute sales initiatives and activities.
- Execute the sales process to secure orders, including presenting quotes, proposals, and contracts.
- Prepare and present customized solutions to meet customer needs, ensuring seamless order fulfillment.
- Negotiate profitable deals, handle objections effectively, and manage a pipeline of opportunities.
- Consult with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of product specifications, warranties, and adaptations.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field.
- Prior experience in similar sales roles, with a minimum of 3-5 years.
- Proven knowledge of production processes within manufacturing industries (Manufacturing & Assembly, Packaging, Material Handling, Converting - Print & Web Handling, Process, Heavy industry).
- Able to acquire new business within existing and new customers.
- A valid driver's license.
