- Develop and implement effective account plans to drive growth and success.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and customers.
- Prepare and present customized solutions, ensuring seamless order fulfillment.
- Negotiate and close profitable deals, managing a pipeline of opportunities.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of product specifications, warranties, and adaptations.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field.
- Prior experience in similar sales roles, with a minimum of 3-5 years.
- Strong understanding of production processes within manufacturing industries.
- Able to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively.
- A valid driver's license.
