About the Role:
As a Key Account Manager - Migros & Carrefour, your main responsibility will be guiding Ferrero’s sales strategy. You’ll work alongside the head of accounts to build brilliant relationships with a breadth of clients, define sales strategies, targets, programs, commercial initiatives, and promotional policies. - Develop customer specific (SMART) plans covering overall strategy, specific goals (what will be achieved) and tactics (how this will be achieved) for range, merchandising, promotions, pricing, service and distribution
- Make negotiations with Key Account for yearly and periodic contracts
- Perform periodical visits to the customer to develop a trust based, mutually beneficial relationship at all appropriate points of interaction
- Build the account budget and gain agreement on it to deliver customer specific plans at the desired profitability
- Provide desired level of forecasting for company production planning
- Preferably 6+ years of experience in related roles,
- Good knowledge of sales channel & client culture
- Experience in budget and P&L management
- Excellent communicator with strategic and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and proactivity
- Fluency both in English & Turkish
