DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, International Relations, Foreign Trade or relevant fields,
  • Proven experience in export sales management, preferably within the FMCG sector,
  • Strong understanding of the FMCG market dynamics and customer behaviour,
  • An excellent ability to manage internal & external stakeholders and build lasting relationships through experience in a customer-facing role,
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct market research and develop strategic insights,
  • Excellent prospecting, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills,
  • Strong ability to analyse business opportunities effectively,
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and balance priorities,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, (second language is an asset, preferably French or German),
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications,
  • SAP knowledge is a plus,
  • No obstacles to travel in Turkey and abroad.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • The Product Export Sales Executive is responsible for overseeing and driving the export sales of finished products within the assigned territory of Eastern Europe. This role involves managing existing accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring the achievement of business goals and financial targets.
  • Lead and manage the export sales process, including account management, customer development, quotation management, sales forecasting, logistics coordination, and payment follow-up.
  • Oversee the order-to-delivery process, ensuring seamless coordination with relevant departments to meet customer expectations.
  • Maintain and service existing distributor and contract manufacturing accounts, ensuring strong relationships and continued business growth.
  • Identify and engage with potential customers, proactively driving sales growth in target markets.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis by field visits, identifying opportunities and trends within the territory.
  • Manage the introduction of new products in alignment with customer needs, including the follow-up of private label product projects.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and market penetration.
  • Execute local brand and trade marketing activities in collaboration with distributors, including promotional programs and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and sales.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints by investigating issues, developing effective solutions, and providing detailed reports and recommendations to management.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service.
  • Monitor and report on digitalization projects in coordination with senior management and the IT department, driving continuous improvement in sales processes.
