Senior Organizational Development Manager

What do we expect from our new team member?

  • Develop and execute compensation and benefits strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Identify human resources needs, anticipate future organizational demands, and conduct human resources planning accordingly.
  • Develop strategies that align with the organization's needs and goals.
  • Plan and oversee the annual salary increase process, performance bonuses, and benefits.
  • Create and manage the annual employee and Human Resources budget.
  • Determine distribution policies in performance management processes and manage distribution based on company results.
  • Plan and implement strategies for career management, talent management, internal communication, and training processes in alignment with the organization's overall strategies.
  • Develop internal communication strategies to promote collaboration and effective communication.
  • Develop and implement strategies to strengthen the employer brand.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Analyze and report human resources data, and contribute to data-driven strategies to support decision-making.

What kind of teammate are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree from a university, preferably in Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in your field, with a minimum of 5 years in team management.
  • Experienced in compensation management, organizational design, and job evaluation.
  • Strong data analytics and reporting skills.
  • Knowledgeable about personnel, administrative, and legal matters.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
