About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Senior Relationship Manager to join our team at the Islamic Development Bank. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and trade, with experience in developing and maintaining business relationships with clients in the CIS Region and Türkiye.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing ITFC's strategies for trade financing solutions and supporting the Istanbul Regional Hub in the implementation of ITFC market penetration strategy in the designated regions. This includes working closely with the senior members of the team to develop and execute business plans, identifying new business opportunities, and building relationships with existing clients.

Main responsibilities include managing client relationships, coordinating business development activities, providing technical and analytical support to the senior members of the team, and contributing to the sales planning by delivering market information of their respective segments/markets.
