As a key member of our Flights team, you will play a crucial role in developing and growing airline relationships and passenger travel to and from Türkiye.

The Job:

You will work closely with internal departments to influence our market strategy for flights and develop effective solutions to improve airline partnerships.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing strategies to grow airline relationships.
  • Negotiating airline content and commercials.
  • Analysing data to inform commercial decision-making.
  • Improving airline performance through data-driven insights.
Requirements:
  • 4-5 years of experience in travel industry or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
