YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strengthen relationships with customers (growers, dealers, plant raisers, distributors) and develop data based to be the first choice in the eyes of the customer through CRM platform.
  • Provide a consistent customer experience leading to customer loyalty.
  • Implement/deliver on the operational plan in his sales area to delivers top line and GM
  • Full accountability on Target – Plan Sell cycle including forecasting, negotiation and deal closure
  • Provide monthly, quarterly, yearly demand visibility to secure proper seed production and allotment.
  • Constant monitoring of market trends, contribute to updating market intelligence data on yearly basis by using official and public data.
  • Keep customer database up-to-date, expand database
  • Contributing for creating the annual price setting process and commercial policy in cooperation with CF squad members and marketing.
  • Support the definition of product value propositions, starting by collecting and understanding customer needs, leading interaction with growers through field trials, demonstrations and other local face-to-face promotional activities and other pull strategy activities aiming to improve brand and product awareness, increase brand and product loyalty and achieving market share and target volumes.
  • Maintain, supervise and increase market share of the defined accounts by searching for opportunities within crops and segments
  • Demonstrate and sell the value of our products that best fit customer needs to generate demand through the implementation of demo and/or side-by-side trials , NVI & Market Extension demand generation
  • Participate in planning & implementation of field days, seminars and other customer related events. Support Marketing department in communication materials
  • Leverage on marketing and promotion tools such as (price negotiation) to secure either the order placement or purchase commitment from the grower.
  • Monitoring payments and managing collections.

WHO YOU ARE

  • MS degree in Agronomics/Horticulture
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal & organization skills.
  • Strong result orientation towards goals.
  • Ability to build relationship and execute in a complex and broad geography, with focus on operational excellence.
  • Strong courage and candor to manage challenges.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Driving license "B" category
  • Broad knowledge in vegetable crops
  • Good knowledge of vegetable and seed business in TR
  • MS Office at user level
  • Native Turkish
  • English intermediate level
