Then come and join our global team as Customer Services Engineer to be responsible for installing, repairing, maintaining, and updating the medical devices in the responsible region. The additional mission of this position is to increase the loyalty and satisfaction of the customer. This position is also responsible for supplying creative feedback for increasing the quality of the service operations and processes.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  1. You'll be performing the technical service operations (installation, repairing, preventive maintenance, modifications, updates).
  2. You'll be responsible for increasing technical, clinical, and application skills for enhancing technical service quality.
  3. You'll understand the prospect customer's needs and problems (medical, technical) and arrange necessary actions to create appropriate solutions.
  4. You'll try to create service contract sales opportunities and convince the customer to buy the service contract.
  5. You'll be responsible for the development of processes and sharing suggestions with Customer Services management to increase technical service quality and customer satisfaction.
  6. You'll contribute to the SRS infrastructure installation and perform Remote Service via SRS.

Your qualifications and experience:

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant field is preferred.
  2. European site of Istanbul residency is expected.
  3. Bachelor's degree in Electronic and Mechatronic Engineering.
  4. Very good command of English.
  5. Medical equipment or high technology systems theory and repairing knowledge.

Your attributes and skills:

  1. Analytical thinking, result and quality-oriented approach, and good communication skills are required competencies.
  2. Military service should be completed for male candidates.
  3. No restrictions for traveling.
