Kerevitaş, the leading company in Turkey's frozen food and margarine market, has been operating since 1970 and continues to grow steadily by adding strength to its power. Kerevitaş, which introduced the concept of "frozen food products" to Turkish consumers and has pioneered many innovations since its establishment, now holds the position of the company with the richest product portfolio in the frozen food market with its SuperFresh brand, offering over 400 products in 21 categories. The frozen food category includes baked goods, vegetable and fruit products, potatoes and croquettes, meat products, frozen bakery products, and sweets, while the canned goods category features tuna cans, corn, and vegetables. In 2017, Kerevitaş expanded its operations to include the production and marketing of vegetable oils and margarine by acquiring all shares of Besler Gıda and Marsa Yağ. The Edible Fats & Oils Business Unit manufactures liquid oils and margarine, managing sales and marketing of these products both in Turkey and international markets. Today, it continues production with the latest technology in 5 factories for frozen food and vegetable oils and margarine. All stages of Kerevitaş products, from raw material selection to reaching the final consumer, are meticulously handled. What Awaits You, What Will Be Your Responsibilities?
- Ensuring that sales and revenue targets are realized within the budgets determined for customers and categories under responsibility
- Managing sales policies (correct product, price and activity, etc.) determined for the customers and categories under responsibility
- Following customer / category annual agreements and periodic activities to increase the profitability of the company
- Making the relevant listings in their categories, preparing detailed activity plans, defining them in the system, tracking activities and determining opportunity areas
- Listing launch products, tracking of distribution, exposure agreements and activity mechanics
- Monitoring / reporting of product warehouse and store stock availability levels, ensuring that the determined actions are carried out together with the business units
- Providing accurate and timely information on the production estimates of products that are sold regularly and will be active
- Timely customer notification of price updates and customer relationship management for completing the transition
- Taking actions to monitor and reduce return rates
- Collaborating with category, marketing, procurement business units and other customer teams
- Assuming responsibility for acceptance / control of commercial invoices according to the determined progress payment balance
- Analyzing the portfolio that the company is responsible for according to market dynamics and product performance and preparing weekly / monthly reports
- Collecting data on market conditions, sales in competitors and customers, following trends and preparing weekly / monthly reports
What Will Be The Qualifications We Expect From You?
- Bachelor's Degree in business or related field
- 2+ years' sales/ key account/channel management experience working within FMCG Companies
- Strong command in English (both written and verbal)
- Experienced in activity/campaign and product management
- Holds an understanding of budget analysis, P&L management, ROI analysis
- Experienced in field, market and competitor analysis
