Role Overview

As a Sales Executive, you will manage sales activities, implement brand strategies, and build strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets. You will also oversee pricing, promotions, and product launches in close collaboration with other departments.

Your Tasks

  1. Responsible for business development of sales activities.
  2. Delivering net sales targets, budgets, and other relevant metrics by customer.
  3. Articulating brand strategies into applicable action plans via strong collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
  4. Responsible for pricing and promotion strategies, in line with brand strategies and market practices.
  5. Ensuring that the organization gets a preferred supplier status through excellence in customer service.
  6. Understanding key customers' needs and requirements, expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  7. Tracking distribution by channel, by customer closely and listing status per category while driving assortment optimization with analytical metrics.
  8. Implementing the company priorities, channel & brand strategies 100% in own field.
  9. Driving launch process from planning to execution, and ensuring success of launch projects.
  10. Leading effective forecasting cycles for key categories in collaboration with Supply Chain and Sales.

Your Profile

  1. Graduated from a reputable university.
  2. At least 2 years of experience in Sales or Trade Marketing Divisions.
  3. Analytical Thinking Skills and Can-Do Approach.
  4. Advanced in English and Advanced in MS Office programs.

Nivea Beiersdorf Turkey office in İstanbul Ayazağa region is the primary location for this position. Therefore, we recommend residence in Istanbul. The working model will be hybrid for this role, 3 days in office and 2 days remote. The exact arrangement of this agreement in the relevant team will be explained in a personal conversation.
