Sales Accommodation Manager

We are looking for Sales Accommodation Manager who will be responsible for:

Main Duties:

  • Identifies new travel trade & corporate business to achieve personal and hotel revenue goals.
  • Understands the overall market - competitors' strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand, etc. and knows how to sell against them.
  • Develop positive relationships with clients.
  • Generate and maintain customers of the Travel Trade and Corporate segment through various sales activities like face-to-face sales calls, telephone calls, entertainment, etc.
  • Closes the best opportunities for the hotel based on market conditions and hotel needs.
  • Implement and execute all sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed set targets.
  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers' individual needs.
  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks.
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
  • Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase.
  • Prepares weekly report about the accounts and their production.
  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Efficient and friendly support to other Team Members in the other departments.
  • Client Relationship Management.
  • Revenue Generation.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in relevant role(s).
  • Excellent analytical skills and confidence in manipulating data in Excel and other tools.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in Sales Management within the accommodation or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry and market trends.
