About the Role and the Team:

In Revenue and Operations department, the mission is to promote, sell, onboard, and service the products built by our technical teams and departments. This means a deep focus on a 360-degree commercial strategy that helps take new products to market and promote and maximize clients' usage and experience with existing products.

Your primary focus will be to manage and grow existing client accounts, you'll be supporting and collaborating with the İstanbul Team across the entire spectrum of our business. Your accounts will comprise a mix of direct brand, holding group, and indy agency business. As part of the commercial organization, this role reports to the Account Director. This role presents a unique opportunity for you to join a global leader in ad tech, work with household brands, work with smart & collaborative people, and learn how to master all of the solutions required in the modern-day programmatic value chain.

  • Work closely with the Account Director to map client business growth objectives to product use and up-sell in order to increase revenue. Clearly communicate and position the benefits of the full stack to our customers.
  • Take on responsibility for delivering quarterly revenue objectives, supported by the local team.
  • Quickly develop & effectively manage multiple relationships with existing clients.
  • Internally communicate and escalate client needs whilst managing delivery expectations externally.
  • Manage and maintain your upsell opportunity pipeline using internal sales management system(s).
  • Keep up to date with recent market and industry trends, communicating them to your clients in the context of Adform's stance on the topic or solution available.

  • BA/BS degree in related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 5 years of media agency or relevant ad tech & programmatic media industry experience, the majority of which has been undertaken within the Turkey market.
  • Advanced knowledge of and experience in implementing programmatic strategies and consulting on campaign delivery/optimizations.
  • In-depth practical experience across a number of leading Ad Servers, DSPs, DMPs, and creative solution platforms.
  • Strong skills in client-centricity and building relationships.
  • Proactivity, problem-solving ability, and strategic thinking.
  • Experience creating and delivering presentations in a professional environment.
  • Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written.
