We're looking for an Office Assistant to help set the direction and vision for getirfinans.
What You'll Do
- Managing office supplies and procurement processes.
- Assisting executives with calendar organization and administrative tasks.
- Overseeing office operations to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Welcoming and assisting visitors with a friendly approach.
- Supporting general administrative duties as needed.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Min 3 years of experience as an Office Assistant.
- Previous experience in office management or administrative roles is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Good communication skills in Turkish and basic proficiency in English.
