What You'll Do
B2B Ecommerce performance:
- Drive customer acquisition, increase life time value and growth through digital marketing personalization, and a seamless customer experience online, including loyalty programs and drive relationship with all partners to ensure synergies between the brand's own digital activities and those of our retail partners.
- Activate the right business drivers by tracking and drawing conclusions from specific e-commerce KPIs and develop our understanding of the customer through data, contributing to the overall analysis of the customer funnel to maximize conversion.
- Work closely with marketing to define & implement the multi-brand customer activation plan and co-lead with the zones the B2B CRM strategy for B2B ecommerce.
- Animate the LPS (L'Oréal Partner Shop) community through best practice sharing and evangelization across countries & brand excellence in execution.
- Full ownership of the business run results of the digital platform & manage the countries to ensure operational excellence ramp up.
- Act as a key stakeholder to push for the adoption of the actual digital product and rationalize new demands driven by stylist & PPD value.
- Manage & upskill the activation team & category team & co-build & implement the PPD omnichannel multibrand activation plan in close collaboration with the heads of B2B & B2C + Brand Business Leaders.
- Define a category strategy for each channel consistent with our brands & valorization strategy: assortment & visibility.
- Lead PPD strategic projects with top customers: pilots / test & learn on assortment, merchandising, promo & brand execution & nourish marketing & commerce with multi brand, category & channel + customers results & analyses + recommendations to implement.
- 4 years' university degree.
- Min 7 years of experience in category development or retail with marketing knowledge (preferably in B2B e-commerce).
- A strong customer-centric mindset with great organizational skills & complexity management.
- Strategic thinker with extensive knowledge of commercial and / or marketing strategy.
- Strong influencing & cooperation skills and excellent communication skills.
- Extensive rigor and excellent analytical skills.
