ABOUT THE TEAM

Trendyol Go, the local commerce arm of Trendyol Group, works to meet all the daily needs of our users and brings local merchants, couriers and Trendyol users together. We make seamless connections in real time and we are able to expand our offer to include food and fresh groceries thanks to our on-demand solution. We are delighted to strengthen local commerce with Trendyol's operational excellence by bringing marketplace solutions backed by our last mile delivery network.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Create experience maps for the main customer experience processes and determine the communication touchpoints with the customer at each step,
  • Identify and analyze pain points, determine root causes, and design preventive actions to increase accuracy in process implementation for couriers, sellers, and the user network,
  • Translate in-depth analysis into strategic insights, present these with compelling figures, and convert them into actionable steps,
  • Seek out opportunities to automate and simplify manual processes to enhance productivity,
  • Responsible for quality of call center vendors and agents, identifying process bottlenecks, and developing improvement areas in collaboration with the customer experience and training teams,
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both customers and internal business partners by providing timely, accurate and high-quality service.
QUALITIES WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Bachelor's degree from reputable universities (engineering, business administration, economy etc.),
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in service sectors e.g. e-commerce, customer experience and seller success roles in relevant industries
  • Customer-driven and analytical mindset with a desire and ability to identify and resolve customer problems,
  • Exceptional communication, persuasion and team working skills,
  • Able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment,
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in English.

We embrace a hybrid working model that seamlessly blends the best of both worlds—remote productivity and the collaborative energy of our vibrant offices. Every month, we gather at our offices once to work side by side, fostering in person communication and embracing the camaraderie that fuels our team spirit. Each division has a pre-set optional office day each week. Based on our preferences, we come together at our offices at our discretion as an opportunity to feel more team spirit, immerse in our culture, and familiarize ourselves with our way of workings.

We offer the opportunity for a two-month full remote work program, allowing you to work from abroad, during the summer period (July to August).
