Job Details

We are seeking an entry-level professional to fill the position of Entry Level Business Development Opportunity at Prama.

Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Analyzing financial and operational data of a wide range of companies
  2. Actively participating in marketing and execution of transactions
  3. Researching new fields of business development and contributing to marketing efforts
  4. Preparing information memoranda and presentations
  5. Preparing valuation models
  6. Participating in due-diligence & contract negotiations

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and data interpretation.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Excellent academic record (GPA above 3.0/4.0) in a top university in Turkey or abroad
  • Graduate degrees (MBA / MSc / MA) or undergraduate degrees in business administration, engineering and economics complemented with accounting and finance courses
  • Experience in investment banking or related experience in transaction services, private equity, corporate finance and business development is a plus
