Amazon Global Selling is a leading platform that enables businesses worldwide to reach its global customer base of over 300 million active users and 150+ million Prime members, helping sellers build international brands.

The Role

  1. Develop a strong network of third-party service providers to enable sellers to sell on Amazon, maintaining partnerships, driving, and regularly reviewing their performance.
  2. Manage prospective seller recruitment through conferences, seminars, and other programs.
  3. Identify market opportunities and drive initiatives to accelerate seller growth, exploring new regions outside Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
  4. Engage with prospective sellers to understand their needs and gauge fit with Amazon, cultivating their interest in selling on the platform.
  5. Collaborate with local and global teams to start, grow, and support all aspects of the business sales cycle.

Requirements

  1. Prior experience in sales or business development, preferably in e-commerce, online services, and retail industries.
  2. Demonstrated drive to set and achieve high-bar goals while maintaining quality of work.
  3. Good communication and presentation skills.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle ambiguity.
  5. Effective data analytical skills.
  6. Strong written and verbal English skills and fluency in Vietnamese.
  7. At least 3 years of working experience.
  8. Bachelor's degree preferred.
