
SAP Order Coordinator and Customer Service Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Order Coordinator and Customer Service Expert to join our team at EPS, Ekspres Personel Servis ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. in the mining industry.
This role involves creating quotations and orders, tracking them in SAP, and responding to customer inquiries via phone or email in a timely and professional manner.
The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders such as Market Area sales teams and global product support to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Understanding customer demand and actual needs: Develop value propositions for each offer, ensuring alignment with customer expectations.
- Creating and processing orders: Timely creation of orders, processing requests, and reviewing pending orders and customer requests to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Directing customer requests: Efficiently direct all customer requests to the right unit internally and respond promptly to customers.
- Reporting and data management: Provide regular reports to customers and relevant supervisors, as well as sales teams, maintaining accurate records and metrics.
- Filing and organization: Maintain an organized and accessible filing system for administrative and sales teams, ensuring easy access to critical information.
- Supporting the Sales Team: Back up the Sales Team in all required activities, including data entry and administrative tasks.
- Data entry and administration: Perform data entry duties regarding metrics, sales figures, and other key data, handling all administrative duties for the sales department or team.
- Reporting unusual activity: Notify supervisors of any unusual activity, ensuring prompt attention to potential issues.
- Customer relationships: Foster active and healthy relationships with customers through regular visits and open communication.
- Collaboration with internal units: Work in coordination with finance, logistics, and warehouse units, utilizing ERP and CRM systems effectively.
- Professional working relationships: Build and maintain professional and positive working relationships with all local team members, customers, and the global internal team.
