We are currently seeking a skilled Case Manager to join our Regional Service Centre in Ankara, Turkey. As a Case Manager, you will play a critical role in coordinating travel arrangements, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring seamless support for our clients.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and possess a strong ability to work under pressure. Fluency in English, Turkish, and Farsi is required, with Pashto and/or Dari being an advantage.
The Opportunity:
- Manage end-to-end case management of assigned cases, ensuring timely resolution and high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with onshore case management peers to facilitate travel arrangements and ensure policy compliance.
- Partner with associated agencies, such as UNHCR, ICRC, IOM, UNICEF, and MSF, to provide tailored support to clients.
- Work closely with host country government agencies to facilitate regulatory requirements and ensure client satisfaction.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and putting clients' needs first.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A proven track record in case management or a similar administrative role.
- Fluency in multiple languages, including English, Turkish, and Farsi, with additional language proficiency being an asset.
