Wat ga je doen?Als Customer Service Advisor ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten, zowel via telefoon, e-mail als chat. Jouw voornaamste taken bestaan uit het beheren van klantaanvragen met betrekking tot producten, facturatie, betalingen, klachten en retentie.
In jouw klantcontacten heb je niet alleen oog voor de verwachtingen van de energieleverancier, maar ook voor de specifieke behoeften van de klant. We werken niet met voorgeschreven scripts omdat we echt de tijd willen nemen om onze klanten te leren kennen. Met jouw enthousiasme en leergierigheid ben je in staat om alle vragen van klanten te beantwoorden, dankzij een grondige opleiding.
Je werkt op weekdagen tussen 9.00 en 20 uur, met af en toe de mogelijkheid om op zaterdag te werken. Op Belgische feestdagen heb je vrij. Het is goed om te weten dat uurroosters minstens 3 weken van tevoren worden gecommuniceerd. Je opereert vanuit onze splinternieuwe kantoren in Ankara of deels van thuis.
Wat zal je goed maken?- Je beschikt over een secundair diploma of hoger.
- Actief luisteren, klantgerichtheid en sterke mondelinge communicatievaardigheden in het Nederlands zijn essentieel.
- Je kunt goed omgaan met stress en bent een teamspeler.
- Je geeft de voorkeur aan een open en vlot gesprek boven een voorgeschreven script.
- Administratieve taken pak je nauwkeurig aan en je hebt een goede schrijfvaardigheid zonder spelfouten.
- Je kunt voorstellen doen om de klant een optimale dienstverlening te bieden.
- Vlot werken met een computer is voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
