About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Minerals Sales and Customer Support Expert to join our team. As a key member of the Sales Team, you will be responsible for creating quotations and orders, tracking them in SAP, and responding to customer inquiries via phone or email in a timely and professional manner.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Creating and processing orders, as well as reviewing pending requests to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone or email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Directing customer requests to the appropriate internal unit and responding promptly.
  • Reporting relevant data to customers and supervisors at regular intervals.
  • Providing backup support to the Sales Team in all required activities.
  • Performing data entry duties related to metrics, sales figures, and other key data.
  • Handling all administrative duties for the sales department or team.
  • Identifying and reporting any unusual activity to supervisors.
  • Fostering healthy relationships through regular customer visits.
  • Collaborating with finance, logistics, and warehouse units.
  • Demonstrating proficiency in using ERP and CRM systems.
  • Building and maintaining positive working relationships with local team members, customers, and the global internal team.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Good communication skills.
  • Native-level Turkish skills required.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Problem-solving and results-oriented approach.
  • Able to work under stress due to strict deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems is considered an asset.
