Job Description

  1. Sales Execution and Customer Management: Execute yearly sales plan which includes Pump Equipment, Pump Spares, Hydrocyclones Trellex Slurry Handling Products and Services for Mining, Aggregates, and Industrial segments within assigned territory by creating opportunities and generating sales from existing and new customers.
  2. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with many other Metso resources during day-to-day business development as well as during implementation of customer-specific sales strategies.
  3. Customer Service and Relations: Establish and maintain a good company image within territory by providing exceptional customer service, a professional business attitude, up-to-date product knowledge, and a thorough understanding of customer operations, needs, and challenges.
  4. Long-term Relationships: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers at every organizational level.
  5. Response to Customers: Provide excellent response to end users and sales managers when taking purchase orders and answering requests for pricing, delivery, product, and technical information.
  6. Communication between Customers and Metso: Act as customer liaison to Metso by maintaining open flow of communication between customers and Metso's sales support and customer service resources; and by developing strong professional relationships with personnel of all levels within customer organizations.
  7. Safety Regulations: Observe safety regulations and exhibit a concern for safety.
