We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Business Development Executive to join our Nestlé Sales team.

Location: Ankara

Type of contract: Permanent

The Job Description

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and meet customer needs.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, distributors, and suppliers.
  3. Provide sales training and coaching to ensure that sales teams have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions.

About You

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Min. 2-3 years experience in sales or business development.
  • Proven track record of success in sales or business development, with a focus on building relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and partnership-building.
